NuTel NetGuard Redundant Internet ConnectionIn a fast-paced world where network downtime equates to lost productivity, your company can benefit from a back-up source of internet access. No matter how well maintained a terrestrial infrastructure may be, they are often rendered temporally inoperable, effectively cutting the critical link from a business to it is data center or between offices. NuTel's NetGuard enables businesses to avoid losing real-time access to their data center or offices in event of failure, by providing a redundant / secondary link over our Synchronous Wireless Mesh network. NetGuard redundancy is a low cost alternative to additional fiber, and superior to DSL. As the Internet becomes even more critical for business communications, it must now be a high priority to ensure there are no interruptions. A growing number of organizations are obtaining a secondary communications connection to ensure a continuous service. A redundant link ensures that the entire network remains in service. When failure of the primary link occurs, the redundant link, which is normally idle, takes over all network traffic so as to minimize the impact of the failed connection. In many cases our proactive solution prevents service interruptions and problems before they arise. Redundancy is used as service assurance, should an outage occur from events such as natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, hurricanes or tornadoes, construction work incidents, system and/or hardware failures or intentional acts of terrorism or industrial sabotage. Things to consider when choosing a redundancy solution:
